Miss cooking at home...
I have not been cooking lately..especially after i
passed my driving test many months ago.
I would say, i don't really dislike driving as i get to
send and pick up my girls from school which
was the reason i took up driving...
Driving has zapped lots of my time and energy everyday
as i need full concentration on road as well
as making sure i don't hit the wrong gears..
yes, i am driving a manual car..
so a little extra tired on my left hand and foot!
Hence, i ended up having no time to prepare lunch or dinner
at home as the girls' school schedule are different,
i have to be on the road at different timing..
I ....miss cooking at home!
Hopefully, i can manage my time well in this area..
having to make sure your house is in spick and span,
coaching your children in their studies...etc and etc
In the end ...i have to lower my expectations of
what i can or cannot do...
some friends told me...you cannot have everything
you wanted..surely we have to let go of something...
in my case, i am letting go of cooking my meals at home
which i am quite reluctant...outside food are convenient
but less healthy than home cooked food..
i guess many many would agreed with me..,
i hope to see some changes next week...
at least cook a meal each day...dinner would seems possible..
"Go Go..mommy!! ...for making a meal possible for my family"!

it's a day where my family remembered how our Lord
Jesus died for us in many many years ago.
It'a also a day that i know he died for my sins,
he saved me so that i can be cleansed and
have a relationship with God.
And he lives in me so that i can be part
of his plan in this world that is to bring
as many people to accept and believe in Him.
that we would experience his love and hope to eternity..

Conversation with children
I realized having a conversation with
other people's children, helps me to understand
more about my own children.
One question i asked was that
"what is that one thing, you would
wish your mom would not do?"
Their answers were....
....Nag at Us....
Haa..well children, sure.. we will try not to nag..
only if you do your part.. :))
I agree, every children are God sent...
they are precious and unique..

For once, i felt so helpless, energy drained,
hopeless, clueless.and disappointed..
I...surrender all..Lord!
Dream Potter
How can we help those who are less fortunate?
we were having our lunch at a coffee shop near my girls's school,
while eating we happened to watch this local program
called "Dream potter".
This program "Dream Potter" seeks out dream-chasers
and probes into the stories behind their dreams with the objective
of fulfilling them. Casting a sprat to catch a whale,
the program envisions itself as a forerunner to inspire schools,
corporations and communities
and engage them in this altruistic project.
In this episope, feature about this couple who has an abormal
daughter since she was born. She is 17 years old this year,
born without a chin..she can't even eat normally like a person.
She could only drink milk through a tube attached
from her throat to her navel and she can't talk.
I really sympathy but salute her parents who has been taking care of her
for the past 17 years selflessly.. with all that they could.
Life is not as easy as they ever wanted.
They needed to fork out out huge amount of expenses
each month to purchase special milk, machine
and other Health expenses.
Through this program, many people
not only help in giving money,
food but also fulfilled what they ever hope for in
their lives. I am truly touched.
Again, i asked myself how then can i help?
This is always a question i asked myself.
Besides pouring out my feelings to them..
i told my children to live wisely,
treasure what they have..to be complacent in life.
Always give thanks and help those
less fortunate people around us.

Making our breakfast easier..

My Girls love it!
Almost 10 years ago,
i saw this Cereal dispenser in a Japanese Magazine.
I was very excited..as i could never find
something like that at Department Stores..
Yes! to my surprise, not even a single store sell that.
My girls and myself love Cereal for breakfast
but it is really a hassle to restore
the Cereal pack, back into the bulky box.
Besides, my girls are in morning classes,
sometimes i needed to prepare our breakfast quick
so that i'll be on time to send them to School in the morning.
Well, our dreams come true..
my hub bought it for us through online...
now making our breakfast much much easier
and fun for my girls to get themselves a bowl of Cereal!

I had an issued over someone who volunteered
me to do something before discussing with me first.
It's not just an issued..it's really a serious problem.
When you can't do a certain thing...
don't be obliged or feel burden.
Can do, do it..if not try asking around but
don't try to arrange without asking the person.
It's not fair to say that the person is not willing to help.
The fact is the person is not well informed or discussed
first before asking to help!
It's just frustrating!!!

i usually made my toys using felt materials..but this piece of
toy, i made it using 100% cotton so that her son could
just cuddle it to bed. I guess it would be a perfect size for him too.. :)

As for me, i don't have time for Monday blues...
Hectic Schedules of sending and picking up Gals
to and from school are what i did on Mondays..
however today, 2 of my gals are down with throat
infection...fever had subsided,
thank God they are much better now.

She is happily married with 2 boys.
We had so much to talk but little time to catch up.

I came to know this shop through my cousin.
She told me this shop has imported
various designs of designer similar clothes.
The pricing is reasonable from S$59 to S$79
depending on the each design.
I picked this as i have no blue dress in my closet
and really stands out when i put it on.
Love the colors and the vintage design.

Someone asked, is it fine if you don't feel
being appreciated in what you do?
I personally felt that was not Fine at all...
Just imagine whatever you do for your kids,
they don't feel appreciated? They take
you for granted, showing no respect?
same for any other person who just helped you
on something you did not expect, you would kindly say
"thank you" these two simple words isn't it?
In these days, people take things for granted..
they jolly well felt that it was alright not to appreciate
the things people did for them.
We need one another.
It takes 2 hands to clap.
